Please provide a five week lead time for usage request. Call or email confirmation 48 hours prior to usage. Please leave the facility in the condition you found it. Appoint a team member to check the facility after event completion for cleanliness. Contact our Department Manager (257-2696) if any damage is caused or discovered. We also request that no tables and/or chairs be dragged across the floor. Please make sure items are picked up and placed on the floor during setup.
