Brad Harrington graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He also holds a Master of Science Degree in Defense and Strategic Studies from Southwest Missouri State University.

Brad Harrington was commissioned an Adjutant General's Corps Officer and is a graduate of the Adjutant General's Corps Officers Basic and Advanced Courses as well as the U.S. Army Combined Arms and Services Staff School and Command and General Staff College.  He is currently a Lieutenant Colonel in the USAR assigned to 4-413th Regiment (SROTC) at Fort Knox, Kentucky.

Brad Harrington joined the University of Kentucky Army ROTC faculty as the Enrollment & Scholarship Officer in 2003 and is employed by L-3 MPRI.
